Privacy Policy
Effective October 8, 2026.
Design Hacker Inc. ("we," "us") runs designhacker.com (the Podia pages, store and forms). This page tells you what we collect, why we collect it, who helps us, and how you can say no. You can reach us at contact@designhacker.com, or write to 864 Grand Avenue #940, San Diego, CA 92109.
The short version
- We collect what you type into our forms and some details about your visit.
- We use it to answer you, give you what you asked for, and keep this site working.
- We don't sell your information for money.
- You can say no to marketing and tracking, and you can ask us to delete your information.
What we collect
What you give us.
- Sign-up forms: your name and email, for our free downloads and email list.
- Purchases: your name, email, billing details and what you bought. Stripe or PayPal takes the payment. We never see your full card number.
- Contact and support: your email and what you write to us.
- Your account on the store: what you open and download.
What we collect when you visit. Your IP address, your browser and device type, the pages you view, the links you tap, and the page that sent you here.
How we use what we collect
- Send what you asked for, like a download.
- Send you emails, if you said yes. You can stop them any time.
- Measure our ads and show our ads to people who visited.
- Count visits and see which pages help.
- Take payment and deliver what you bought.
How long we keep it. We keep your email on our list until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. We keep records of purchases for as long as tax and accounting rules require.

Advertising tools. Some of the tools above help us measure our ads and show our ads to people who visited. Some state laws call that "sharing" personal information. You can opt out. See "Your choices" below.
We may also share information if the law says we have to, or to keep someone safe. If our business is ever sold, your information may go with it.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Do Not Track. Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. Websites don't share one common rule for it, so we don't change what we do when we get one.
Global Privacy Control. Global Privacy Control (GPC) is a browser setting that tells a website not to sell or share your information.
If you give us your email, we may send you messages about what you asked for, and, if you said yes, news and offers. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link and our mailing address. When you unsubscribe, we take you off the list quickly, and always within 10 business days.
Your choices and how to opt out
- Emails: Click "unsubscribe" at the bottom of any email.
- Ads: Change your ad settings in Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and Google, or block cookies in your browser.
- Visit counting: Google offers an opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
- See, fix or delete your information. Email contact@designhacker.com. We answer within 45 days. If we say no, reply and ask us to look again.
- No penalty. We treat you the same whether or not you use these choices.
- Where you live. Some states, like California, Colorado, Connecticut and Texas, give you extra privacy rights. We give these choices to everyone, wherever you live.
Children
Our site is for business owners and adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you think a child gave us information, email contact@designhacker.com and we'll delete it.
Changes to our privacy policy
When we change this page, we change the date at the top. If a change is big, we'll put a notice on the site or email you.
